Payment & Returns
- The payment gateway system provides you with an array of convent options to purchase our products and services. These various options are through paypal, net banking, credit and debit card.
- In case your payment fails please contact us at email@example.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your email.
- The dimensions, measurements and appearance of the products which are listed on this website are to the best of our approximations and any challenges regarding the same will not be entertained.
- In the event of a product being damaged please take a photograph and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will credit your cart with the same amount within 72 hours of receiving the damaged package.
Shipping & Delivery
- Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 3 business days.
- Once the order is processed, shipping and delivery will take a minimum of 3-7 working days. However orders outside Singapore can take about 10-14 working days.
- The shipping cost would be determined on the following:
- Rs 85 for orders below 2000 rupees.
- Free delivery with value of cart being above Rs 2000.
- Once the order is confirmed you will receive an email confirming the date and time for the delivery.
- You will receive regular updates on the given email address confirming the date and time of delivery of your order.
